Often overexposed, lit from an on camera flash, subjects and backdrops change from friends, family, loved ones, flora, fauna, city detritus, sidewalks, domestic objects, and homey interiors. These images come together through pairing and presentation to act as succinct personal narratives, telling the story of day inside, or a walk around the block at sunset, looking for beauty and absurdity all around, trying to memorialize the everyday moments our lives are crafted from. This places importance on stylistic choices to accurately depict subject and backdrop as a part of the larger narrative, which at their most disparate, maintain a visual language that connects them and speaks to the singular interpretative nature of photography. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
